Heart Centered Healing is pleased to offer Reiki and Healing Touch sessions. Whether your session is just for you, a group, or a retreat, we craft each experience for the individual and their needs.
Reiki Session
Jessica and Rebecca
You can expect a safe and calming atmosphere with gentle music and diffusing essential oils. You will lie fully clothed on a massage table with the option of blankets and pillows for your comfort. Once comfortable, you will be prompted to close your eyes. The Reiki practitioner will then use gentle hand movements and light touch with the intention of reducing stress and promoting healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy. There will be some brief dialogue both prior and post-session to provide a service that caters to your current needs.
Fee: $90.00
Care Coaching
Jessica
Jessica received her certification for Professional Life Coaching in 2024 from Transformation Academy. Jessica likes to call her service “Care Coaching” because that’s the outcome she wants women to feel after their sessions. As women, we wear so many different hats and sometimes we require a safe space to explore our options and discuss our goals. Jessica is the mirror that guides individuals back into a heart-centered space by providing the support and tools to help engage in a better quality of life.
Fee: $100/session
Healing Touch Session
Rebecca
Healing Touch is a nurse developed, evidence-based and nationally accredited Energy Medicine therapy which activates a person’s natural energy flow to enhance and support physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and healing. Light or off-body touch will be applied while administering interventions with heart-centered intentionality to clear energy blockages and balance the energetic flow of the body, mind and spirit. The client session recommendations and expectations are the same as described above. Rebecca utilizes Healing Touch under her scope of practice as a registered nurse and nurse practitioner.
